IndraDharthi Projects Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2014 with a simple observation: most homes don't sell slowly because they're badly built — they sell slowly because they're badly marketed. We fixed both sides of that problem.
Two disciplines, one company.
IndraDharthi began as a small team of engineers and marketers who believed Bengaluru's mid-market home buyer deserved better — honest pricing, dependable construction, and a sales process that didn't feel like a negotiation against them.
Since then, we've grown into both a developer of our own 2 & 3 BHK residences and a real estate marketing partner to other builders across the city — which is how we have come to stand behind 40+ completed projects across the city.
